Good riddance. So I voluntarily got up on stage and allowed myself to get hypnotized on Sunday. It was quite the experience, but I feel more relaxed than I have ever felt in a long time! I wonder if this will continue on into my finals or not...
I've always been skeptical about hypnosis, until i started reading up on studies done. Mind over matter! One trick is you got to allow yourself to get hypnotized, but like I said, it's super relaxing. No offense to any psychoanalysts, but I'd rather get hypnotized than be accused of wanting to sleep with my mother thank you very much!
